2023-2024 Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences

Dear Families,

We would like to extend a warm invitation to all of you to join us for our upcoming Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences. These conferences are a vital part of our commitment to ensuring the success of our students, and your participation plays a crucial role in this endeavor.

Why Attend Parent-Teacher Conferences?

Unlike our Parent Information Night, these conferences offer a unique opportunity for parents and teachers to engage in one-on-one discussions about your child's academic progress. It's a chance for you to share valuable insights about your child, allowing our educators to better understand your child's strengths, challenges, and unique needs. In return, teachers will provide early feedback, explain course goals, and set clear expectations for the academic year.

Conference Schedule - The Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences are scheduled to take place on:

Wednesday, September 27th: 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Thursday, September 28th: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Please be aware that teachers will take a break and have a meal on Thursday from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM, during which they will be unavailable for conferences.

Conference Formats - For your convenience, we offer two conference formats:

  1. In-Person Conferences: Teachers will be available at tables in the Commons and in the Aux Gym for in-person conferences. These will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  2. Virtual Conferences: If an in-person conference is not feasible for you, please contact your student's teachers to schedule a virtual conference. We are committed to accommodating your needs and ensuring that all parents have an opportunity to connect with teachers, regardless of the format.

We genuinely look forward to seeing you during these conferences. Your involvement is a testament to your dedication to your child's education, and we greatly appreciate your active participation in our school community.

If you have any questions or need further assistance regarding the conferences, please do not hesitate to reach out to our front office staff.

Kind Regards,

Sam Ruff
